Live Music Concerts at The Chinook

The Chinook at Terry Bison Ranch, will provide fans with a general admission live concert experience. We will be monitoring and adhering to the local jurisdictions and state regulations. These mandates will guide our COVID-19 protocols such as mask wearing, social distancing and other. We believe this experience will allow the concert goer to enjoy an event with a regular concert feel. If masks are not mandatory, we leave it up to the consumer to apply their comfort level when attending. Please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 operation procedures and FAQ.

Location/Venue:

The Terry Bison Ranch is conveniently located on the Wyoming/Colorado border just off I-25. It's a short 30 minutes from Ft. Collins and 75 minutes from Denver/Boulder.

Amplified Music and Video:

This is a live music concert experience with full audio amplification throughout the venue to ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the concert. There will be video walls on both sides of the stage as well. We will be adhering to the local mandates on face masks and social distancing.

Ticketing

Do I have to buy a separate parking pass?

No. Parking is first come first serve.

Is there re-entry?

There is re-entry for campers. Must display proof of camping purchase (wristband).

Are there any age restrictions?

This event is all ages // ANYONE age 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Ages 10 and under are allowed free with a parent or legal guardian.

Can we purchase the extra tickets when we arrive?

All purchases are made through AXS.com. Please visit this website to purchase additional tickets.

Are masks required?

Weather

What happens if weather stops or delays the show?

If you are instructed to leave the venue for a weather delay, cancellation or evacuation, your vehicle is your safest shelter in most cases. Be sure to keep your ticket stub for re-entry once the all clear is issued.

What clothes should I bring?

It is advised to dress in layers with comfortable walking shoes. Sunscreen and screen protection is also advised for there is limited shade.

Are the events rain or shine?

The Chinook is an outdoor venue which can operate in all types of elements. We will operate rain or shine if conditions are deemed safe. Please be prepared for adverse weather conditions, including full exposure to the sun, strong winds and even severe rain or snow.

Yes parking is first come first served.

What time should we arrive?

We encourage everyone to arrive no earlier than 2 hours before doors. You will not be allowed to enter the parking lot prior to 2 hours before doors.

What do I do if I want to purchase concessions or merch? Can we bring food?

Chinook will be providing an array of food vendors and non-alcoholic and alcohol locations throughout the site.

No outside food or beverage. We will be searching and confiscating any items. No underage drinking is allowed. You will be ID checked at the bars.

What do I do if I need to visit the restroom?

We will have a general restroom location for your use.

Experience

How does sound work? Will I be able to see the stage?

We will have a full PA system in place for these shows just like a regular concert. Video Wall will be placed on stage for viewing.

What does your ADA parking, seating and amenities look like?

What kind of first aid do you have on site?

If medical attention is needed, there will be medical staff inside the venue at the first aid tent by the box office gates. In the event of an emergency, contact the closest security personal and we will bring first aid support directly to your location. An ambulance will be on site in case further medical care is needed.

COVID LIABILITY STATEMENT:

The owners and operators of AEG Presents, Symbiotic Events Services, LLC, Terry Bison Ranch (collectively the “Venue") has put in place certain preventative measures recommended by governmental authorities to reduce the spread of COVID- 19; however, the Venue does not guarantee you will not become infected with COVID-19. Attending an event hosted by the Venue could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19 as well as the risk you could infect others, including your family members, with COVID-19.

By purchasing a ticket for or entering the Venue, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Venue and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Venue may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others including, but not limited to, Venue employees and independent contractors, artists and crew, security personnel, promoters and their respective employees, agents and representatives.

By purchasing a ticket to a Venue event and by entering the Venue, I voluntarily acknowledge and agree to assume all of the risks described above and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or any family member or other party may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at the Venue or participation in any event held on the Venue premises ("Claims"). I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Venue, its employees, independent contractors, agents, and representatives, from any and all Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm. I understand and agree that this release includes Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Venue, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after being present at the Venue premises or attendance or participation in any event held at the Venue. I also agree that any dispute or claim relating to my attendance at the Venue will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Wyoming and Colorado
